Roasted Corn
Fresh Roasted Corn Recipe
Ingredients
4 ears of fresh corn, husked
2 tablespoon salted butter
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon parsley
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°. Generously rub each ear of corn with butter. Sprinkle garlic powder, chili powder, and parsley evenly onto the corn. Place corn onto cookie sheet lined with foil. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes. Rotate the corn and sprinkle ¼ tbsp. of parmesan on each ear of corn. Continue to bake for 10 more minutes until cheese is melted. Enjoy hot and fresh!
