Butter Mochi
Butter Mochi Recipe
Ingredients
1 block butter (melted and cooled)
1 lb. Mochiko
3 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 1/2 cups sugar
5 eggs (beaten)
1 cup coconut flakes (optional)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Mix dry ingredients together.
3. Add milk, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well until combined.
4. Mix in butter (and coconut, if using).
5. Pour batter into greased 9x13 pan.
6. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour or until golden brown and edges are crisp.
7. Cut into squares once cooled completely. Enjoy!
